Competitions
- Eastern Area Championships, 2nd-3rd June
-
Distance award for 30m. This was the first open competition at
which I won an award. I also got my
1000 Fita Thistle
on the first day (a Scottish award similar to the Fita Star, but for
non-Star status shoots).
- Clan Donald Tournament, 3rd-5th July
-
First in the field competition, and the double 70m
award for the Fita rounds. The high point of this competition was
getting my 1100 Fita
Thistle, with points to spare.
- Nothern Area Fita Star, 14th-15th July
-
No award, but I got my
1000 Fita Star
(with a score of 1098!) on the first day.
- Scottish Archery Association Fita Star, 2nd-3rd September
-
Highest double 30m. I also got my
1100 Fita Star, after
much trying.
